Our Head Chef

Head Chef Kundan Rawat is an expert in North Indian cooking and spice blends, completing training in Uttarakhand and refining his practice at Michelin-renowned Indian restaurant, Amaya. Longing to work with the tandoor oven for its complexity and depth of flavours, he has been at the helm of Tandoor Chop House’s diverse menu offering since 2016. As the Recipe Development Chef, he works creatively across all menus, including our sister restaurants Tandoor Tina Dubai and House of Tandoor Berlin, balancing dishes that are authentic and experimental to reimagine traditional Indian cooking in a modern context.
